Wayne's Service Plus - Quality Automotive Service

Karen Antunes comes to us from a good friend of Wayne’s. She fills the position of Book keeper and works behind the scenes here at Wayne’s Service. Her roll is vital to our mission and survival. When you get a thank you card or coupons in the mail, it is because of her. When we get a pay check it is because of her. She works part time but manages to get every thing done that we need to have done in the office. She is very efficient. Karen is a mother of two and a very fun loving person. She is always on the go! She loves skiing with her family. She loves sailing on her brother’s boat and crews when he races it. She owns her own business managing marathon races. She does all the timing, start to finish.

Tricia (Trish) Cirelli is Wayne’s daughter. She has been interested in Wayne’s Service Plus since she started working for a living. She has wanted to be part of the operation for a number of years but there was no position available. When that position became available recently she applied. She has been in training since September. She is doing well but has a lot to learn. She does have a pretty good understanding of automotive repairs being Wayne’s daughter. Just today she was teaching a young customer how to change a flat tire. In her own words “There are just some things that people need to know how to do in case of an emergency and it saves on the tow bill.”

Patricia graduated from Catherine Gibbs College with a degree in Criminal Justice. She is the mother of Wayne’s two grandchildren, twins. She enjoys a good challenge. Helping with customers is a natural trait for her. She is very understanding to their needs and does all she can to take care of their needs and satisfy them.

Wayne is teaching her to run the shop the way he wants it done. Customer Satisfaction is goal number one. If that is accomplished, there is nothing else to worry about.

Mike Ormonde is Wayne's Hybrid Specialist, top technician and Team Leader.
A graduate of New England Technical College, Mike has over 10 years of experience working on Honda and Acura cars, with previous employment at a well-known local dealer. Mike is a very thorough technician and his work is top-notch, getting to the root of any problem efficiently. Mike loves working on cars and trucks. This is evident by his toolbox and the tools in it. He enjoys performance vehicles and making them go fast. He loves the challenge of making performance modifications and the fabrication necessary to make these changes work.

Jorge Figueroa has been on Wayne's technical team for years now. He is one of the diagnosticians here at Wayne's. It is amazing what he finds some times. He has a great sense of humor and really enjoys his work. He was previously employed in Puerto Rico for seven years at the only Honda/Acura dealer on the island. He was factory trained to work on Honda automobiles. He knows them very well. Jorge also speaks Spanish as his first language.

Nicholas "Nic" Cloutier recently replaced Wayne’s son Casey as the shop “C Tech”. He recently graduated from Automotive Training School, or better known as MTTI. Nic has obviously decided to be an automotive technician. He then made the choice to go to MTTI and completed his schooling objectives and chose to do his internship at Wayne’s Service Plus.

Once he graduated and Wayne was ready to hire, he came aboard and has worked out extremely well at this point. He has already invested heavily into his choice of trade and bought a nice set of Snap-On tools.

Nic has two daughters and a fiancé. His daughters are what he is all about. Family!!
(This seems to be a re-occurring theme here at Wayne’s)

As far as hobbies go, he has a pet Spider and a snake.

Dan Finan recently graduated from Automotive Training School (MTTI) and now serves as a Service Lube Technician and Detailer.

Dan in the person responsible for your first impression when you are delivered the vehicle you had serviced. You should open your door and go “WOW!” Dan is our Wow Man.

Dan also helps and cleans around the shop and is more than capable of providing limited auto repair services for your vehicle. These auto services include tires, oil services, assisting with brake jobs and other minor repairs.

Dan’s hobby is basketball and other sports. He is very laid back, easy going and single and available .
