Karen Antunes comes to us from a good friend of Wayne’s. She fills the position of Book keeper and works behind the scenes here at Wayne’s Service. Her roll is vital to our mission and survival. When you get a thank you card or coupons in the mail, it is because of her. When we get a pay check it is because of her. She works part time but manages to get every thing done that we need to have done in the office. She is very efficient. Karen is a mother of two and a very fun loving person. She is always on the go! She loves skiing with her family. She loves sailing on her brother’s boat and crews when he races it. She owns her own business managing marathon races. She does all the timing, start to finish.

Scott McLaughlin has been at Wayne's Service since early 2001. He is the ASE Certified Service Consultant and doubles as the Parts Manager. He continues to be a great asset at Wayne's Service. He knows how Wayne wants the customer treated. His approach toward the customer is always professional and diplomatic, coming to conclusions that satisfy the customer's needs. He is also very good at educating the customer about the service needs of their vehicle and the importance of recommended repairs and preventative maintenance. In his off hours you can find Scott either sailing, fishing or camping in his custom van. You might even catch him doing all three. It is his idea of relaxation and the perfect holiday.

Mike Ormonde is Wayne's top technician and Team Leader. A graduate of New England Technical College, Mike has over 10 years of experience working on Honda and Acura cars, with previous employment at a well-known local dealer. Mike is a very thorough technician and his work is top-notch, getting to the root of any problem efficiently. Mike loves working on cars and trucks. This is evident by his toolbox and the tools in it. He enjoys performance vehicles and making them go fast. He loves the challenge of making performance modifications and the fabrication necessary to make these changes work.

Jorge Figueroa has been on Wayne's technical team for years now. He is one of the diagnosticians here at Wayne's. It is amazing what he finds some times. He has a great sense of humor and really enjoys his work. He was previously employed in Puerto Rico for seven years at the only Honda/Acura dealer on the island. He was factory trained to work on Honda automobiles. He knows them very well. Jorge also speaks Spanish as his first language.

Barry Morang has been in the auto repair industry for twenty five years. He does it all. He can work on anything but likes Honda’s best of all. He is very competent in all aspects of mechanics. He also grew up with a wrench in his hand. Wrenching is second nature to him! He really rounds out the crew here at Wayne’s Service. After hours you can catch him on the water too. His hobby of restoring fiberglass boats and fishing keeps him very busy. He has quite a portfolio of work. He could make a living repairing boats if he wanted to. He also enjoys his motorcycle when he has time to ride it. His Super Duty F250 Turbo Diesel is his “Baby.” On the road this is his choice of wheels, On the water it’s his fishing boat all done up.
